Provides instruction in the Sympto-thermal method which includes:

• A certified volunteer teaching couple provides instruction to both the husband and wife

• Evidence-based method with 50 years of experience and research

• A basic course of 3 two-hour classes in monthly intervals so you can learn to be an expert of your cycle

• Learning to identify the woman’s fertility signs: mucus and daily basal body temperature

• Couples share practical aspects and priest speaks about theology of the body in video

Couples may take Live-Online classes and Self-paced classes in English and Spanish. The couples that register are contacted by certified teachers who help them with charting/questions through a video call.

For live classes in English, go to ccli.org and click on “Find a Class” then check three boxes: Main NFP Series, English, and Live Online, put in your zip code, press search. This option will give you live sessions that you can participate in on certain days and times.
For classes in English that you can take at your own pace, go to ccli.org and under “Find a Class”, check three boxes: Main NFP Series, English, and Self-Paced, then press search. Click “Select this class” to sign up.  You'll then receive an email to go to an online platform to complete these video-based modules with interactive exercises, and need to complete them within 90 days.

SCHEDULE A FREE INTRODUCTORY SESSION

• helps women and couples find their fertile window by interpreting biological signs of fertility.

• taught by healthcare professionals (60% are nurses) who help the new learner/s gain confidence in management and self-interpretation of the woman's natural biological signs of fertility.

• uses urine fertility biomarkers collected at home that measure hormone levels. 

• can be used in conjunction with cervical mucus or basal body temperature and an algorithm to confidently determine the woman’s fertile window.

• Note: Signs of fertility are manifested in the activity of reproductive hormones found in urine, changes in cervical mucus and/or fluctuations in basal body temperatures.

Marquette Method Providers

Registration for an Introductory Session of Marquette Method 

You can choose your Marquette teacher. You will chart for one month and then have a one-on-one couple session with the teacher. Cost is $50 which includes access to online training. Offered in English and Spanish.
