DIRECTOR OF INTERNAL AUDITING
Diocese of Sioux City seeks a Director of Internal Auditing to assist parishes with adherence to standard accounting practices and internal controls. Will provide support & training to parish bookkeepers / business managers, including on-site financial reviews of their accounting procedures & financial statements.
FT position with a BA in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred. Knowledge of fund accounting and payroll processing beneficial. Extensive computer knowledge incl Microsoft Office and QuickBooks required.
Must have excellent written / verbal communication skills including ability to prepare & present reports of findings. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail is essential. Valid driver’s license needed as duties include regular travel within the Diocese of Sioux City.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF STEWARDSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
Oversees the fundraising efforts for the Monsignor Lafferty Tuition Foundation (MLTF) and Bishop’s Dinner programs. Provide support to the Bishop’s Circle, Planned giving and other stewardship programs.
FT position for a Catholic in good standing, with knowledge of and commitment to Christian teaching on stewardship, reporting directly to the Director of Administrative Services. Bachelor’s degree and/or equal amount of training & education required. Minimum of 5 years of combined experience and demonstrated success in directing fund-raising / development programs, sales and marketing efforts.
Must possess proven leadership, organizational and collaborative skills with emphasis on planning and managing a variety of functions in both individual and team settings. Strong communication skills, able to communicate with pastors, staff, parishioners, and administrative boards and committees. Previous public speaking experience preferred.
